Hello, I'm Mary Joye, a solution-focused therapist. I work most often with trauma, grief and life changing events you need help to process or change.
I help you listen to yourself and make connections and valuable and nonjudgmental corrections that can elevate your life.
We work together to find what is operating from your past or present and find ways to help you have a more authentic and happier future. You have neuroplasticity, which means you can your brain if you desire to do so. It is my sincere desire to help you find mind-body connections and help you listen to your inner self so you can be happier and healthier. You can become conscious of your subconscious negative reactivity and become proactively conscious of your responses.
I integrate traditional and customized models, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, PTSD Trauma Resolution and other proven techniques tailored to your needs. It's my goal to make you feel safe and motivated to move forward at your own pace for your personal best options and solutions.
Life Coaching, which is a more direct, interactive mentoring approach is also available and works well for making career decisions and decisions of all kinds.
